We do as much of our projects in-house as possible, because we are passionate about creating high quality end products. Our small team of experts perform similar roles for every one of our jobs, and you’ll recognize the quality that comes from that consistency. We won’t hire the work out to the lowest bidder and cross our fingers.
Home design, construction and interior design. Whether it’s a small bathroom remodel or a complete room addition, we offer full service design packages. We are always happy to work with your preferred designers, and architects at any point in the planning or building process.
Our passion is remodeling historic homes. We embrace the challenges that come with these antique spaces, because we find it particularly satisfying when we are able to update the old while preserving its original feel.
Construction projects need cohesive, dedicated management to make sure jobs are staying on track both time- and budget-wise. We assign one point of contact for the duration of the project, and can offer access to an online portal where you can see all relevant job information and updates.
For Zone 1: Any home repair or small jobs.
We’re proud to be the go-to service provider for our neighborhood, and we know these houses better than anyone. We’ll almost always have workers nearby, and our trade partners also specialize in these types of properties.
For Zone 2: Mid-size jobs or larger
We’re not always sure what that means either – so feel free to give us a call or email. We probably aren’t your best option for smaller handy-man type jobs, but we’d love to discuss bathroom remodels, outdoor improvements – or anything else you might have on your mind.
For Zone 3: Large-scale jobs
We’re only able to perform larger remodels in this area such as full house projects or additions over 500 square feet – projects where we can set up for several months and dedicate a project manager to the job. Our lead times frequently make it difficult to get to this zone in a reasonable time frame for smaller repairs and projects lasting less than a month.
